To add a form to the case use the Add Form button on the Table of Contents toolbar. This will open the Add Form Module dialog to allow you to select from a list of available forms.
To add a schedule to a form use the Add Sched button on the Table of Contents toolbar.
Notice that attachments available for the active page can be seen in the Attachments list in the Table of Contents pane. Add an attachment by selecting it in the list and then pressing the Add button.
