Blank Attachments worksheet

This worksheet is used to attach a page containing free form text. It contains a single large edit area within the margins of the page in which you may enter any text that you desire. It will be printed with the return as any other page.

This worksheet can be attached to any page in the case except a blank attachment page.

Examples of its use:

• In the Form 709, it could be used to attach a notice of allocation.
  
  
• In any tax return it could be used to attach a transmittal letter.
  
  
• It can be used whenever the instructions for a line require that details be attached and those details can be described in text.
